Do you ship overseas?
We ship to every country that you can imagine, and some you've never heard of.
I don't live in the USA. Who covers customs if my package gets held?
Unfortunately, taking care of customs lands on your shoulders. Some packages get held, some don't. We have a lawful duty to report what's inside the packages we ship, and we take that very seriously. The vast majority of packages get to our overseas customers without incident; for those that get stopped at customs, you should receive a note from the customs agency and you may have to pay a small tariff. If your tracking information says your package has been delivered but it has not, contact your local post office/customs agency as they are likely holding the package for payment of a tariff.
How long do packages take to get places?
That depends on where you live, but you can expect your package to arrive between 2 and 10 business days after you place your order, unless some of the items are backordered (in which case we will contact you). For international orders, it may take 2+ weeks.
Can you answer a question I have about a band you guys handle merch for?
Nope. We are kept in the dark regarding release dates, band plans, band members' home addresses, etc. Sorry!
What sort of credit cards do you accept?
We accept anything that PayPal accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, you name it! You can also pay via your PayPal account.
Do you guys do mail order?
Sorry, we only handle online payments.

Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days, stock permitting. Please allow for a couple of extra days during sales and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we'll send a shipping confirmation with the tracking number. Most orders arrive between 2 and 10 business days after being shipped. Orders are shipped via USPS, with delivery confirmation.
DELIVERY TIME is based on two factors: date shipped, and your selected delivery method. Delivery method options are automatically calculated based on the weight of your package. If your package is over the First Class limit, only Priority Mail* rate will be offered.
*PRIORITY MAIL: 1-DAY, 2-DAY or 3-DAY: This is an estimate of when your package will arrive after it's processed & shipped, not from the date your order is placed. (See above for up to date current processing/shipping estimates.)
If you are concerned about your package arriving by a certain date, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

We accept returns on defective items and clothing items that don't fit properly. For defective items (broken CD, broken record, etc), please contact us to arrange a replacement. We will cover the shipping costs of the replacement. If you receive an item of clothing that doesn't fit properly, you will need to send it back before we can issue a replacement. All other sales are final.
Our store uses industry standard, 128 bit SSL encryption to protect private data. All customer information and order data is securely hidden away from the prying eyes of the ne'er do wells of the online world. As for payment security, fret not, as PayPal handles all of our transactions, and they are the worldwide standard for online payments.
